It's a modern hotel perfect for relaxation, offering a peaceful escape far from any noise. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, especially the front office team. A special thanks to Anish and Stanley for their collaboration. Whenever I call or walk in, they always do their best to assist. Keep it up, guys! I really appreciate that even when fully booked, they still try to make the customer feel valued instead of just saying 'we're fully booked.' They prefer to say, 'we're fully booked, however, let me check if I can do something for you.' Even if they know there's no available room, it helps the guest feel good that they at least tried. Also, there's an Egyptian gentleman in the restaurant (my apologies, I forgot his name) who always greets you with a smile in the morning. For such early hours, not everyone can manage that, but he does it effortlessly. Keep it up! A morning smile is something everyone loves to see.

Our stay at The Manor by JA was genuinely very good! We honestly didn’t have any expectations, but the hotel turned out to be lovely. The room felt fresh, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I tried the in-room dining and was pleasantly surprised - the club sandwich was really good! The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a spa, which adds a relaxing touch to the stay. Just next to the property, there are a few groceries and cafes, which is super convenient. Overall, a great place to stay - comfortable, clean, and with a few unexpected perks.

I had a very good staying experience with the hotel. The room size was awesome. The hotel is very much clean. The lobby is very nice and the staff were something else. I was assisted with my reservation and helped by Mr. JASPREET MUKAR. He supported me big time with adjusting my reservation. Big thanks to him

Everything is fine but they are not providing any sanitary napkins … in case of emergency we should have to find other options or to buy a napkins…. If a solo woman is staying there if she needs a napkin with an emergency she have to go outside or buy online… so try to include 1 or 2 napkin on the washrooms…
